We address the entire core and pelvic region. We use a combination of exercises, stretches, and relaxation techniques. This is a holistic approach. This covers all aspects of pelvic floor health, including strength, flexibility, and coordination.

You’ll also learn about pelvic floor anatomy, common issues, and long-term health strategies. Empower yourself with knowledge!

I created this program after 20 years of physical therapy experience and is designed for individuals like you who are self-motivated and dedicated to creating a body that enables you to live life to the fullest. As a young girl, I witnessed my father’s incredible recovery from a severe car accident. His journey from being in a wheelchair to walking again and returning to his beloved golf brought me immense inspiration. My venture into a career in physical therapy led me to move to New York independently. Here, I immersed myself in the vast possibilities within the field, especially focusing on the core as I obtained certifications in Pilates.

My mission is to empower individuals to embrace a life of health and wellness through gradual, sustainable changes. I practice Core Back Immersion therapy (CBI therapy ) where I fused Pilates Yoga and physical therapy to heal thousands of my patients in the clinic and online students all over the world

Revive Pelvic Floor Health Core Rehab is an 8-week progressive program comprising six foundation modules. Each day, you will engage in 56 exercises, with daily sessions lasting 8 to 15 minutes. The program offers a blend of exercise-by-exercise instructions and guided movement flows, along with three bonus modules containing an array of supporting materials.
