I’m Anabelen Aranton, PT, but you can call me Annie, a nickname that has stuck with me since childhood.As a young girl, I witnessed my father’s incredible recovery from a severe car accident. His journey from being in a wheelchair to walking again and returning to his beloved golf brought me immense inspiration. My venture into a career in physical therapy led me to move to New York independently. Here, I immersed myself in the vast possibilities within the field, especially focusing on the core as I obtained certifications in Pilates. My mission is to empower individuals to embrace a life of health and wellness through gradual, sustainable changes. I practice intermittent fasting for immune support and enjoy sharing insights on nutrition.
